Can you carry out a roof renovation for me?
We do not carry out roofing work. We are a referral service that connects you with a local contractor. The contractor handles all practical work and agrees on the price directly with you.
The contractor hasn't contacted me — what should I do?
If you have not received a contact within 3–5 business days, send us an email at info@kattolaskin.fi along with the property address. We will investigate.
How do I delete my data from the service?
Send a deletion request to tietosuoja@kattolaskin.fi . We will process your request within 30 days in accordance with the GDPR.
I am a contractor — how do I join?
Registration is by invitation code. Contact us and tell us about your company, and we'll send you an invite code.
Response time is usually 1–2 business days.
